Replacement for recalled cooktop

Touch control cooktop was recalled and had to be replaced with knob controls. Whirlpool was great as far as making things right. If you have one replaced make sure you have someone home all day, our installers showed up 3 hours early.

We didn't get to use this stovetop.

We bought this stove top, but didn't get to take it out of the box. When they measured for granite, we were told that a 36" wouldn't work even though we had a 36" stove before granite. We had to purchase a 30". Whirlpool was great to work with to exchange cooktops.
